House regulations

  1. By entering SOCCERBEAT, visitors accept the following terms and conditions of admission and use as binding.
  2. The admission ticket entitles visitors to enter SOCCERBEAT during opening hours (see the SOCCERBEAT website (www.soccerbeat.de) for exact opening days) for their individually booked time slot. If visitors exceed their booked time, they must pay for the additional time.
  3. Visitors are obliged to show their admission ticket to supervisory staff upon request. Anyone found without a valid admission ticket is obliged to pay a flat fee of €40.00 to cover all resulting claims. We expressly point out the possibility of criminal prosecution for trespassing under Section 123 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and for obtaining free admission by deception under Section 265a StGB.
  4. Children under the age of 5 are only permitted to enter when accompanied by an adult supervisor. Supervisors and parents are liable for their children. When visiting with a group of children, the person responsible must be named as such. The accompanying person is responsible for supervising the children and, in particular, for ensuring their safety and protecting them from harm.
  5. The individual game stations at SOCCERBEAT are accesible to visitors for free use within the scope of their intended purpose. Dogs are not permitted at SOCCERBEAT. Temporary and/or technically induced operational failures of individual game stations do not entitle visitors to a reduction or refund of the admission price.
  6. Use of all play stations at SOCCERBEAT is at your own risk. Visitors are obliged to ensure their own safety by, in particular, using the play stations with appropriate caution, observing additional information and instruction signs, and strictly following the instructions of supervisory staff. In addition, visitors must take into account that at SOCCERBEAT (soccer leisure facility), even if all visitors play with appropriate caution, ricochets in the form of balls flying around freely may occur, which may also hit other visitors. Each visitor therefore accepts the risk of being hit by a ball in or outside a game station. SOCCERBEAT GmbH is not liable for damage or injury to persons or property resulting from playing at SOCCERBEAT. SOCCERBEAT is also not liable for damage or injury sustained by visitors themselves while playing at the game stations, e.g., slipping, falling, twisting an ankle, tripping, etc. Visitors agree to show SOCCERBEAT employees the contents of bags, backpacks, and other containers they wish to bring into SOCCERBEAT when entering SOCCERBEAT. For safety reasons, glass bottles and other potentially dangerous items are not permitted. The use of radios, record players, tape recorders, or musical instruments is not permitted. Consumption of food and beverages brought onto the premises is prohibited at SOCCERBEAT.
  7. Spilled drinks may cause a slipping hazard at SOCCERBEAT before they are detected and removed by SOCCERBEAT staff. Guests are therefore advised to exercise the necessary caution and care throughout SOCCERBEAT.
  8. Filming and photography for commercial purposes requires the approval of SOCCERBEAT management.
  9. Liability for damages suffered at SOCCERBEAT is excluded.
  10. No liability is accepted for loss, theft, etc. of items that are not the property of SOCCERBEAT, e.g. coats, backpacks, bags, etc. Visitors must leave their coats, bags, and backpacks in the SOCCERBEAT cloakroom or in the SOCCERBEAT lockers.
  11. Anyone who harasses other visitors, fails to comply with the instructions of supervisory staff or signage, or otherwise disrupts the operation of the games may be expelled from SOCCERBEAT without any claim to a refund of the admission fee. Supervisory staff are authorized to exercise all rights arising from domiciliary rights.
  12. Visitors are obliged to pay compensation for any damage they cause intentionally. Accompanying persons are responsible for any damage caused by children.
  13. SOCCERBEAT is monitored by video surveillance to ensure the safety of visitors. SOCCERBEAT may use video surveillance footage as evidence to investigate theft or misconduct and forward it to the investigating authorities.
  14. Running is not permitted outside the game stations at SOCCERBEAT. Juggling (keeping the ball in the air) with your feet is not permitted in or around the game stations.
  15. Playing, running, and roughhousing are not permitted in the SOCCERBEAT sports bar.
  16. Drinks are not permitted in the individual game stations. Please use the drink holders provided at the game stations to store your drinks safely.
  17. Each visitor plays one round/game at a game station and then lets the next visitor in line play. However, the player may rejoin the line at the game station.
  18. It is forbidden to jump into the boundary nets or lean on them.
  19. Please inform staff immediately if you discover any damage or an accident.
  20. All visitors play at their own risk!
  21. Rules that additionally organize behavior at individual game stations, such as the prohibition of crossing the STOP line at Robokeeper, must be followed.
